Formats
- Singles (women & men): two days of qualifying; 6 rounds each day — 4 of play and 2 of marking.
- Pairs (women & men): three-bowl pairs, one day of qualifying.
- Fours (women & men): one day of qualifying.
Every player must read the Conditions of Play (updated, page 4 “Game Format”) on the official page. Singles players who don't advance are asked to volunteer as markers for the Singles finals.

Entry & prize money
- $80 per person, per event (Singles $80 · Pairs $160 · Fours $320).
- $55 of each entry goes to the prize pool, with at least 90% returned as prize money; $25 supports operations.
- Registration closed Wed, Sep 30, 2026; no refunds after that date. Waitlisted players should check the official page.

Check-in & opening week
- Check-in: Fri, Oct 30 and Sat, Oct 31, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm at Bell LBC. Pick up pre-ordered merchandise, reception bracelet (if RSVP'd) and player swag bag. Vendors on site; one vendor Fri only.
- Opening Reception: Fri, Oct 30, 5:00–8:00 pm, right after the ceremony, outdoors at Lakeview LBC by the golf-cart parking (weather backup: Lakeview Social Halls 1–3 + patio). Free for players; guests $10. RSVP closed Oct 19.
- Lunches for competition week can be pre-ordered and delivered to your venue.
- Limited merchandise (2026 shirt, bucket hat, stickers, some 2025 shirts) on sale at check-in.

Visitors: facility passes & practice
- Sun City: two-week pass, Oct 25 – Nov 8, $70 per person; 7 recreation centers (Bell, Fairway, Lakeview, Oakmont, Marinette, Mountain View, Sundial). Pick up at the RCSC Oakmont Recreation / Chartered Club Office. Mats and jacks are required for practice at Sun City (rentals with refundable deposit).
- Sun City West: Oct 27–29 only, $6 per day; buy 8:00–8:30 am at the Pool & Fitness desk, R.H. Johnson Center.
- The Grand (Surprise): 7-day recreation pass, $49 per person (pools, fitness, indoor track); arranged through Bowls USA.
- Hotel: SpringHill Suites by Marriott Phoenix Glendale/Peoria offered a $124/night group rate (booking deadline Oct 5 has passed).
